Horario de la Jornada Única. El horario del servicio educativo en Jornada Única será definido por el rector o director de cada establecimiento educativo al inicio de cada año lectivo, de conformidad con las normas vigentes, el proyecto Educativo Institucional, el Plan de Estudios, los Estándares Básicos de Competencias, los Derechos Básicos de Aprendizaje, y deberá cumplirse durante las cuarenta (40) semanas lectivas establecidas por la Ley 115 de 1994 y fijadas en el calendario académico por la respectiva entidad territorial certificada en educación.
