Adiciónase el numeral 13 del artículo 113 del Estatuto Orgánico del Sistema Financiero, el cual quedará así:

"13. Provisión para el pago de pasivos laborales. Del total de los activos que posea la institución financiera al momento de la aplicación de la medida preventiva de exclusión o desmonte progresivo se constituirá la provisión correspondiente para el pago de las acreencias laborales, prestaciones sociales y/o indemnizaciones legales o convencionales existentes, con el fin de garantizar la cancelación de los mismos."
