Para los mismos efectos entiéndese por asociaciones de consumidores las conformadas mediante agrupación de ligas de consumidores, o sindicatos de trabajadores, o cooperativas de trabajadores o de consumo, o asociaciones de padres de familia, o asociaciones de pensionados, o juntas de acción comunal que se formen a nivel municipal, comisarial, intendencial, departamental o nacional.
