El quebrado que en el proceso penal haya sido sobreseído definitivamente o absuelto, podrá ocuparse en las operaciones de comercio por cuenta ajena bajo la responsabilidad del su mandante. Además será rehabilitado cuando compruebe el cumplimiento del concordato o que con el haber de la quiebra se cubren íntegramente las deudas reconocidas en la sentencia.
