Art. 2°. El Poder Ejecutivo nacional pondrá hasta treinta mil pesos a disposicion del Poder Ejecutivo del Estado del Cauca, y dictará todas las providencias del caso, á fin de que el auxilió decretado por esta ley se invierta en el objeto á que se le destina.
