Tan pronto como el capital pagado del Banco alcance a la suma de cuatro millones seiscientos mil pesos ($ 4.600,000) no cargará a sus clientes un interés mayor del medio por ciento (½ por 100) sobre el interés efectivo a que le salga el conjunto de sus obligaciones por la venta de sus cédulas.
