Deber de informar al consumidor sobre los términos del procedimiento. Los participantes del proceso de pago diseñarán e implementarán mecanismos idóneos para informar a los consumidores sobre el procedimiento para la reversión del pago e informarán por sus canales de atención los requisitos y términos de dicho procedimiento. La información suministrada al consumidor deberá expresar de manera clara la posibilidad de cargar definitivamente la transacción reclamada, cuando medie decisión administrativa o jurisdiccional en su contra, en los términos del artículo 51 de la Ley 1480 de 2011 y del presente capítulo.
