Inventario de procesos judiciales, reclamaciones administrativas, reclamaciones de carácter laboral y contractual. El Director del Departamento Administrativo de Seguridad (DAS), en supresión presentará a la dependencia o entidad encargada de la defensa Jurídica del Estado, dentro de los tres (3) meses siguientes a la fecha de expedición del presente Decreto, un inventario de todos los procesos judiciales y demás reclamaciones en las cuales sea parte la entidad, el cual deberá contener los requisitos señalados por la dependencia o la entidad que se determine para tal fin.
