El Gerente del Fondo, directamente o mediante apoderado, reclamará por escrito la entrega de los elementos a que se refiere el artículo anterior y dispondrá que sean rematados por el mismo Fondo o por el Martillo del Banco Popular. Cuando se trate de elementos utilizables por las Oficinas Judiciales, el Gerente puede disponer su transferencia a las mismas.
