Para instalar la Oficina Central el Tesorero o Cajero de la administración General de Correos remesará al Jefe de aquella Oficina la suma de que trata el artículo anterior. Esta remesa consistirá en una relación de la suma que haya en la Oficina Especial de Bogotá, y en las habilitadas fuera de la capital como saldos en caja destinadas para el pago de giros, y se completará entregando en dinero a la Oficina Central lo que falte para el valor de la remesa.
