En las cabeceras de los Corregimientos que estén a diez o más kilómetros de la respectiva cabecera del Municipio, el Jurado Electoral hará establecer mesas de votación; y en las cabeceras de los Corregimientos que estén a menor distancia, lo mismo que en la cabecera de las Inspectorías e Inspecciones Departamentales, el respectivo Consejo Electoral Departamental podrá permitir, a solicitud de los Jurados Electorales Municipales, o de cualquier ciudadano, la colocación de meses de votación correspondientes, teniendo en cuenta las circunstancias que hagan aconsejable tal medida. El Jurado Electoral deberá ce\irse a lo dispuesto por el Consejo Departamental.
