Art. 5.° La Corporacion municipal de cada Distrito, esto es, de cada ciudad, villa parroquia o correjimiento, formará la lista de los electores del mismo Distrito, dentro de tercero dia de recibido este decreto, la cual, firmada por el Presidente i Secretario, se fijará en un lugar público, para oir i decidir las reclamaciones que se hagan contra la lista hasta tres dias ántes de verificarse las elecciones.
