Las sanciones que imponga el Tribunal Disciplinario Nacional son susceptibles del recurso de reposición ante el mismo y del de apelación ante el Ministerio de Protección Social o quien haga sus veces, dentro de los quince (15) días hábiles siguientes a la fecha de su notificación.
