Art. 6.° De la cantidad apropiada por la Ley 92 de 1888 para fomentar la Instrucción Pública se destina la suma que sea necesaria para dotar á cada uno de los Establecimientos á que se refiere el artículo 1.° de la presente Ley, con un gabinete de física, otro de zoología y botánica y un laboratorio químico, ó completar los que existen actualmente ; así como para arreglar convenientemente la enseñanza de náutica en Cartagena.
