A los reos que tengan profesiones especiales y cuyos productos se vendan por precios que remuneren sus gastos de alimentación y vestuario y desgaste de maquinas y útiles de trabajo, dejando utilidad a la Colonia. se les podrá aumentar el jornal hasta cuarenta centavos, sin exceder de la utilidad.
