Art. 14. Los Concejos municipales y la Contaduría departamental, en su caso, pueden por justas causas, prorrogar el tiempo señalado en el artículo anterior para la contestación de los reparos hechos á una cuenta. Cuando los Concejos municipales ejerzan esta facultad, deben dar aviso inmediatamente á la Contaduría departamental.
