De las vías fluviales.Las vías fluviales pueden ser navegadas libremente por toda clase de embarcaciones, previo el lleno de los requisitos establecidos en la ley, y demás normas expedidas por el Gobierno Nacional en virtud de su soberanía y convenios internacionales. Será responsabilidad de las autoridades fluviales y de todos los usuarios evitar la contaminación de las vías fluviales.

Parágrafo

Todas las vías fluviales del país están a cargo de la Nación, a través de las entidades competentes.
