Autorizase a la Junta de Reconstrucción de Pasto para invertir hasta la suma de quince mil pesos, del Fondo existente de dicha reconstrucción, en equipo técnico y materiales para dotar la Oficina del Plano Regulador de la capital de Nariño, de acuerdo a las instrucciones que imparta el Instituto Geográfico, Militar y Catastral.
