Las nóminas de los Cabos de Guardas, para ser pagadas, llevarán el visto bueno del Inspector General, quien se abstendrá de visarlas si no se comprueba el cumplimiento del artículo anterior con certificados que firmarán los Telegrafistas de las Oficinas a que los trayectos corresponden.
Las correrías de que trata el artículo 16, podrá exonerarlas el Ministerio a solicitud del Inspector General.
