Decreto 2530 de 2009 · por el cual se adoptan medidas tendientes al cumplimiento de los compromisos adquiridos por Colombia en el marco de las Decisiones 505 y 602 de la Comunidad Andina, en aplicación del artÃculo 12 de la Convención de Viena de 1988, sobre el control a la exportación de sustancias quÃmicas controladas.
