Presidencia de las Juntas Asesoras. El Ministro de Defensa presidirá las Juntas Asesoras tanto de las Fuerzas Militares como de la Policía Nacional.

Parágrafo

Cuando se trate de asuntos de personal, el Ministro podrá delegar esta función en el Comandante General para la Junta Asesora de las Fuerzas Militares y en el Director General para la Junta Asesora de la Policía Nacional.
