°. Transición. Las disposiciones que se sustituyen con el artículo precedente se aplicarán a las solicitudes de beneficios por colaboración presentadas desde la entrada en vigencia del presente acto administrativo. Las solicitudes de beneficios por colaboración presentadas con anterioridad a la vigencia de este Decreto se regirán por las disposiciones vigentes al momento de realizarse dichas solicitudes.
