Adiciónase la primera liquidación del Presupuesto de Gastos del bienio de 1899 y 1900 con la suma de $ 1.200,000, coa la siguiente imputación: SERVICIO DE 1899 Y 1900 DEPARTAMENTO DEL TESORO Capítulo 54 Ministerio del Tesoro - (Material) Art. 370. 3. ° A. Para atender .á los gastos que demande la emisión de billetes colombianos, americanos, etc., que la Junta de Emisión haga de acuerdo con el Decreto de carácter Legislativo número 520, de 28 de Octubre del presente año (crédito implícito) , inclusive el cambio de moneda, hasta $ 1.200,000 Dado en Anapoima, Departamento de Cundinamarca, á 31 de Diciembre de 1899.
