Los contratos que requieran la administración y cuya cuantía exceda de $ 500, requerirán el concepto del Consejo Comisarial, copia del cual será enviado al Ministerio de Gobierno, especialmente si fuere desfavorable. Cuando la cuantía del contrato exceda de $ 2.000.00, será necesario subordinarlo a la aprobación del Gobierno Nacional.
