RESPONSABILIDAD. Las Asociaciones Mutuales y los miembros de sus órganos de administración y control y los liquidadores, serán responsables por los actos u omisiones que impliquen el incumplimiento de las normas legales y estatutarias y se harán acreedores a las sanciones previstas en el presente Decreto, sin perjuicio de lo establecido en otras disposiciones.
