Art. 9.° El Poder Ejecutivo dispondrá previamente que se haga a costa de la Nacion, por personas competentes, el reconocimiento de las minas de carbon que existen en la comarca que debe atravesar la via férrea de que trata esta lei, para cerciorarse de la buena calidad de dicho mineral i de que su esplotacion puede dar alimento a la empresa.
