El Ministerio del Trabajo sancionará con suspensión o cancelación de la autorización de funcionamiento a las agencias de gestión y colocación de empleo de carácter público o privado, cuando haya reincidencia en el incumplimiento de las obligaciones y en la violación de las prohibiciones establecidas en la respectiva reglamentación.
