º . Se adiciona el artículo 2º del Decreto 727 de 1999 con el siguiente

Parágrafo

En el evento que se disponga la toma de posesión con el objeto de liquidar alguna o algunas de las entidades cooperativas de que trata el presente artículo, el Fondo de Garantías de Entidades Cooperativas -Fogacoop- podrá continuar adquiriendo las acreencias que los ahorradores y depositantes tenían contra dichas entidades, únicamente en las condiciones que señale su Junta Directiva".
