Todas las monedas de oro y plata que se acuñen y reacuñen de conformidad con lo dispuesto en la presente Ley, tendrán el peso y la ley establecidos en el Código Fiscal y el sello y demás condiciones fijados en la Ley 120 de 1914. Las de níquel tendrán el peso fijado en el Código Fiscal y llevarán el sello en la forma que determine el Poder Ejecutivo.
