Creánse los siguientes Juzgados Municipales: uno (1) en El Dovio, Municipio del Departamento del Valle del Cauca y que formará parte del Circuito de Roldanillo. Uno (1) en Argelia, Municipio del Departamento del Valle del Cauca, y que formará parte del Circuito de Cartago. Uno (1) en Zulia, Municipio del Norte de Santander, y que formará parte del Circuito de Cúcuta. Uno (1) en Argelia, Municipio del Departamento de Antioquia, que formará parte del Circuito de Sonsón.

Créanse sendas Notarías en los mismos Municipios mencionados y en los de Yalí, Antioquia, y Villacaro, Norte de Santander; con su respectivo personal subalterno y las asignaciones correspondientes.
