El personal civil que sea trasladado por la Ley o cumpla comisiones individuales del servicio dentro del país, tiene derecho a viáticos equivalentes a un día de sueldo básico, durante el tiempo empleado en el cumplimiento de la comisión, sin exceder del límite fijado en el Artículo 3º. del Decreto-ley 3306 de 1963,
