ARTICULO 175 . Suspensión . En la instrucción no se suspenderán los términos. En la etapa de juzgamiento se suspenden durante los días sábados, domingos, festivos y de semana santa, vacaciones colectivas y cuando no haya despacho al público por fuerza mayor o caso fortuito.
