Exámenes de revisión de pensionados por invalidez . El personal civil del Ministerio de Defensa y de la Policía Nacional que esté percibiendo pensión de invalidez, deberá someterse a exámenes médicos de revisión, conforme al artículo 109 del Decreto 1214 de 1990, cada dos (2) años como mínimo; contados a partir de la fecha de vigencia del presente Decreto.
