Artículo diez y siete. Hecha la adjudicación del terreno licitado, se devolverán inmediatamente los depósitos de garantía consignados por los postores vencidos, y el del adjudicatario se abonará a la prima fija que deberá pagar a la firma del respectivo contrato.
