Cómputo y remuneración del tiempo en la licencia por luto. El tiempo que dure la licencia por luto es computable como tiempo de servicio activo y el empleado tendrá derecho a la remuneración del empleo que esté desempeñando. La licencia por luto interrumpe las vacaciones, la licencia ordinaria y la licencia no remunerada para adelantar estudios, si el empleado se encuentra en estas situaciones administrativas. Una vez cumplida la misma, se reanudarán las diferentes situaciones administrativas en la que se encontraba el servidor.
