Artículo único. Apruébase el contrato celebrado en Bogotá el dia 13 de mayo do 1876 entro Carlos Nicolás Rodríguez, Secretario de Hacienda i Fomento de la Union, i George M. Totten, Ajente jeneral i apoderado do la Compañía del Ferrocarril de Panamá, aprobado por el Poder Ejecutivo el 15 del mismo mes i año, por el cual se modifican los celebrados entre la misma Compañía i la República en 15 de abril de 1850 i 5 de julio do 1867, el primero sobre privilejio para la construcción de un camino de carriles de hierro de un océano a otro por el istmo do Panamá i el segundo reformatorio de ése.
