ART 233. La sentencia de muerte se ejecutará en plaza ó lugar público, destinado de antemano al efecto por la autoridad; ó en las cárceles, cuando en ellas hubiere sitio adecuado para que la ejecución sea pública. En todo caso el Tribunal podrá designar el lugar de la ejecución.
