Autorizase al Gobierno para contratar el estudio y construcción de cables aéreos, donde las conveniencias lo indiquen, con los fondos de que trata la Ley 102 de 1922 .
Para la construcción de estas vías se requiere que las Asambleas de los Departamentos interesados así lo determinen.
En estos términos queda adicionado el artículo 17 de la Ley 102 de 1902.
