º . Obligación de solicitar autorización para el desarrollo de actividades con Organismos Vivos Modificados, OVM . Las personas interesadas en adelantar una o varias de las actividades a que se refiere el artículo 2º del presente decreto, deberán solicitar autorización previa ante la autoridad competente respectiva, de acuerdo con lo previsto en los artículos 4º, 5º y 6º de esta norma.
