Vigencia y derogatorias. El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, modifica los artículos 3° y 6° del Decreto número 1832 de 2012, y los artículos 10, 11, 12, 13, 22, 23, 25, 34, 35, 36 y 49 del Decreto número 3517 de 2009, y deroga el Decreto número 431 de 2012 en su integridad y el numeral 8 del artículo 7° del Decreto número 1832 de 2012 y las demás disposiciones que le sean contrarias.
