Publicidad sobre la contratación. La Comisión de Regulación de Energía y Gas (CREG) anunciará la apertura de procesos de contratación a través de su portal web; podrá hacerlo, igualmente, mediante publicación en el Diario Oficial sin perjuicio del uso de cualquier otro medio.

Cuando de acuerdo con la normatividad se adelanten procesos de contratación directa, la Comisión de Regulación de Energía y Gas (CREG) informará a través de su página web el nombre del contratista, el objeto, el alcance, el plazo y el valor del contrato.
