Modifícase el artículo el artículo 23 de la Ley 643 de 2001 . El artículo 23 de la Ley 643 de 2001 quedará así: “Artículo 23. Derechos de explotación. Los concesionarios del juego de apuestas permanentes o chance pagarán mensualmente a la entidad concedente a título de derecho de explotación el doce por ciento (12%) de sus ingresos brutos”.
