Si del certificado del Registrador a que alude el articulo1006 del Código Judicial se deduce la existencia de gravámenes hipotecarios, el funcionario ejecutor en oficio dirigido a la dirección del morador que aparezca anotada en su declaración de renta o al lugar de su domicilio que se indique en la respectiva obligación hipotecaria, le hará saber sobre la acción ejecutiva para los fines del artículo19 de este Decreto, o para los efectos del artículo 3461 del Código Civil y concordantes, según el caso.
