Prohibición de percibir asignaciones con cargo a fondos de servicios educativos u otros rubros o cuentas . Ningún docente o directivo docente podrá percibir asignaciones adicionales a las establecidas en el presente decreto, ni podrá hacerse reconocer cualquier otro tipo de asignación adicional, porcentaje o prima a cargo de los fondos de servicios educativos o de otro rubro o cuenta asignada a los establecimientos educativos.
