Clasificación De Los Establecimientos Farmacéuticos Homeopáticos

Decreto 3554 de 2004 · por el cual se regula el régimen de registro sanitario, vigilancia y control sanitario de los medicamentos homeopáticos para uso humano y se dictan otras disposiciones.

°. Clasificación de los establecimientos farmacéuticos homeopáticos . Los establecimientos farmacéuticos homeopáticos comprenden

Laboratorio farmacéutico homeopático;

Farmacia homeopática;

Agencias de especialidades farmacéuticas;

Parágrafo

Las farmacias homeopáticas y las agencias de especialidades farmacéuticas deberán contar con un químico farmacéutico como director técnico. Para su apertura, verificación de las condiciones higiénicos, técnicas y sanitarias y demás requisitos de funcionamiento deberá ajustarse a lo contemplado en el presente decreto y en el Decreto 1950 de 1964 o en las normas que los modifiquen, adicionen o sustituyan.
