El itinerario del ferrocarril de Urabá, cuya construcción autoriza la Ley 64 de 1913 , lo fijará la Asamblea de Antioquia sobre la base de los conceptos que presenten las Comisiones Técnicas que han hecho estudios sobre el terreno por disposición legal y de acuerdo con las Ordenanzas sobre la materia, expedidas por la Asamblea de aquel Departamento.
