º . Los propietarios de vehículos de transporte público colectivo de radio de acción metropolitano, distrital y/o municipal, que por mandato de la Ley hayan cumplido su ciclo de vida útil y deban ser retirados del servicio público, podrán reponer el vehículo hasta el 31 de julio del año 2001.
