Art. 7.º No se podrá hacer uso de la licencia espedida para la esplotacion de un bosque nacional, sin ahber consignado prefiamente en la respectiva oficina de recaudacion de la Union, el valor del de explotacion correspondiente para cuya estraccion se concede la licencia, ni se podrá continuar la estraccion despues de haberse hecho esta en la cantidad designada en la respectiva licencia, a no ser que haya solicitado i otrogado una nueva.
