Vigencia y derogatorias . El presente decreto rige a partir de la fecha de su publicación, modifica los artículos 3°, 4°, 22, 27, 36, 40, 46, 49, 50, 51, 52, 58, 60, 61, 64, 65, 69, 72, 73, 78, 79, 80 y 89 del Decreto 1686 de 2012 y deroga los Decretos 1506 de 2014, 262 de 2017 y 216 de 2019.
