La Contraloría General de la República reglamentará la oportunidad y la forma como los almacenistas de las Empresas Industriales y Comerciales del Estado, rendirán a la Auditoría Fiscal respectiva, una relación valorizada de las entradas y salidas de elementos de consumo y devolutivos, de conformidad con las clasificaciones de las resoluciones reglamentarias de la Contraloría.
